How much does expedited and/or international shipping cost?
If you would like an exact quote please call 1-866-9HORSE9 or e-mail us at info@equineoasis.com. For all international orders recieved from the website we will contact the customer to work out any shipping details such as cost, shipping method, etc.
When will I see my domestic package?
Most customers will see their in-stock items within 5 - 10 business days. We ship all orders promptly. However, occasionally items are not in stock due to manufacturers' delay. You will be notified of any delay. (On custom or special orders, please allow approximately 6-8 weeks for delivery or see delivery times, where indicated, with specific custom items.) We do not charge your credit card until items are shipped. Checks are deposited upon receipt of order.
Free Shipping: From time to time we will run free shipping promotions. These promo's may be based on total order cost and/or they may be for individual items. These promo's will allow free shipping for the Shipping/Handling/Packaging charges shown above. Also, be aware, these free shipping costs are for the continental US and will be deducted from the credit for any returns.
How will you ship my package?
Unless you specify otherwise, we ship UPS Ground. Most customers will see their in-stock items within 5 - 8 business days.

Remittance payable in US funds in the form of bank check, postal money order or International Visa or Mastercard. Call for information regarding shipping and handling. Customers are responsible for all related duties and taxes for shipments outside the USA.
